+++Hi . Why should it be? It doesn't contain any special

nutrients the body needs, which are all found in my diet plus

supplements.

I was just wondering if it made candida grow more or something, because

my naturopath recommended it for me.

+++, spirulina is an algae which, from my experience, most candida

sufferers do not tolerate well - it is possible it makes candida grow,

but I don't know that for sure. It is very concentrated and too strong

for most people unless you are healthy, and it is totally unnecessary

on my program.
