Guest guest
I just got home from a 4 hour visit to the Good Shepherd ER! A big waste of money. All tests came back normal and I still ache and burn all over. The ER doc only knew of one specialist for this from Lutheran General and that guy moved to San Diego. Can you believe this???!!! I just cried so hard when he said everything was normal. I may try another doctor in Chicago. Otherwise, I'll be driving over 600 miles roundtrip to The Fibromyalgia and Fatigue Center in Michigan. I've had it. I wish I had left things alone because now I feel worse than ever. (FYI - I'm not following Bee's protocol. I've been working with a Holistic M.D. and Nutritionist since 2006.) I had severe burning sensation in my throat, back, chest neck, my entire face, ears, in my eyes and scalp. I wanted to die! I liken the pain to having a scolding, hot cup of coffee and putting your tongue in the coffee. The temperature of the coffee never changes and you never remove your tongue. The burning sensation you would get from that hot cup of coffee was similar to what I felt in and on my skin. It was constant, debilitating pain. My only relief was when I slept. Luke-warm showers, blow-drying my hair, warm air, (I could go on) were impossible. Is this similar to what you feel? I never felt aching to a degree where it really bothered me, just the burning. Doctors never could figure out what was wrong...and I went to many. I have a sensation on my skin every now and then, but nothing close to the burning I had. Following the candida diet, drinking aloe, taking probiotics, taking nicomide, reducing stress, getting enough sleep, and taking the proper supplements were all necessary in my progress. I'm much better, but still have the candida. I'm trying Bee's approach because it just seems the right way to go. I like what she has to say about building up the immune system. I totally agree. Nicomide is anti-inflammatory. It's a vitamin B complex, with zinc, copper and folic acid. You can research it online. You can only get it by prescription. It's expensive, but well worth it. I think this was the biggest tool in helping me with the burning sensation. If your burning is like what I had experienced, I HIGHLY recommend it. I take 1 pill in the morning and 1 at night. It took 2 weeks before I noticed it really helping me. You cannot cheat on the diet. Diet is also huge. I'll be praying for you. Take care! -Susy

Many members of this group over the years have had the same experience of all their tests being normal. However, it is understandable since candida and other toxins cause fibromyalgia, which the accumulation of toxins in the muscles - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/arth1.php Unfortunately most Holistic MDs and Nutritionist don't understand what a " proper diet " is, since they follow current medical or dietary protocols, which we know are totally inadequate, particularly when it comes to the body's requirements for " good " fats, omega 3, vitamins A, D & E, etc. They also allow foods that feed candida, and foods that are damaging to the body, i.e. soy, grains, etc. They also do not understand that candida is not cured by " killing it off. " That isn't the way it works. To cure candida the immune system must be built up, mainly with proper nutrients (my diet + supplements). And that takes time: Natural Healing takes 1 month for every year you've been unhealthy, which for most people nowadays is since they were conceived in the womb. That's why people doing my program are having great success where other diets or candida programs have failed. See these Success Stories from people who have cured their fibromyalgia: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/ss23c.php http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/ss2a.php http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/ss56a.php http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/ss58c.php I suggest you read 2 important articles: " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " and " Curing Candida, How to Get Started " They are both in the Candida/Yeast Section on my website: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/candida/index.php The best in health, Bee

Taking Nicomide isn't necessary on this program since the very best anti-inflammatories are the high " good " fats diet, along with other nutrients of course (no nutrients work in isolation of many others). However you do take vitamin B complex and ensure it contains niacin (B3) or get it separately. Niacin helps with burning sensations since it opens up all blood vessels and capillaries, helping the body release toxins and increasing circulation. Guest guest
Thanks for the info and the prayers, Susy. I've had burning mouth on and off for 10+ years that has gotten more frequent and worse the last few years. In 2006, I decided to follow a Candida Diet and take prescribed supplements. I lost 30 lbs. and only weigh 113 at 5'5 " . Now, I get the worst aching and burning throughout my body. If you took niacin (B3) it will cause those symptoms, which are natural and not harmful in any way - see this article on Niacin: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/niacin.php Bee
