Guest guest
That is a pretty long time to try and figure it out. I wish there was an easier way to know.. like a little voice inside your head that just tells you exactly how you need to eat. I think perhaps developing that type of awareness around food is possible, but our senses have become so dulled, it's very difficult to hear.. let alone pay attention. Yeah, I can't imagine going raw while having digestive issues, although I thought it'd be possible to have juice since the veggies have been assimilated. But then.. Bee's explanations about how plants cellulose walls need to be broken down via cooking says something to the contrary. I stopped the juice and am considering leaving it out of the next 'trail'. I'd like to be able to by pass the emotional stigmas I've learned to attach to foods and just eat the absolute healthiest and most easily digestible foods I can as long as needed in order to heal. Right now I think those foods are home make meat/veg soup and the egg smoothie with the supplements and the mineral(herb)water [subbed for the electrolyte drink]. If I can do that for a significant enough period of time and get to the point where I'm at least digestively leveled out somewhat, then I think opening up the diet to all the rest of the allowed foods and recipes would seem like an abundance of choices. Thanks so much for telling me about your experience. I will continue to experiment.. wisely if possible. > **** I completely understand your confusion about mixed messages regarding optimal > health.
