You have it EXACTLY right. Your body is adjusting to running on fats

for it's energy source, after running on carbs for most of your

life. I was the same way. I'm still not quite as strong as I was

before, but it's much better now.

Also, if you're running and spinning, you're probably also over-

exerting yourself. Energy your body could be putting towards healing

is going towards exercise. A little exercise is good.... rebounding,

light jumprope, etc... But you probably need to slow down for

awhile. I'm going on almost one year on the diet. I'm going to try

to start lifting weights within the next month or so to see how I

do. (Before, it led to flare up of my chronic fatigue symptoms).

Find a helluva lot better way to diagnose your physical ailments, I

would say. :)
