Guest guest
Hi, Bee! My husband and I have begun the diet anew a week and a half ago after having followed it somewhat loosely from April-June 2008 and strictly in July & August 2008, before crashing completely off of it for 2 weeks in mid/late September (my sister's wedding-ugh). Now he seems to crave garlic dip, made with dried garlic and olive oil. -I understand that we are supposed to hold off on antifungals until much later, but is this garlic dressing/dip okay? -Is dried garlic okay to add to salad dressings, or to season meat, early on in the diet? -What about raw garlic? Thanks so much, Buzzin' Bee!

If the garlic dip is processed, check the ingredients carefully. It may be very bad for your husband to have, and additives make you become addicted to such foods (done on purpose by the food industry). > > -I understand that we are supposed to hold off on antifungals until > much later, but is this garlic dressing/dip okay? > -Is dried garlic okay to add to salad dressings, or to season meat, > early on in the diet? > -What about raw garlic? +++You can eat garlic raw, dried, or cooked, if you wish. Just know that along with coconut oil it will create more die-off symptoms. Raw garlic is more antifungal than the other types however. > Thanks so much, Buzzin' Bee! +++You are so welcome.
