Guest guest
Hi, Bee. I have gone from having high blood pressure that began at the beginning of this program (145 over 94) to low blood pressure 90 over 64 (5 months into the program at the last couple of dr. office visits). I would think that my usual blood pressure would be even lower than 90 over 64 since I'm always rushed & stressed at my doctor's appointments. Today I feel like my blood pressure is really low and my heart is hardly beating. I thought I was going to faint while I was sitting in the hair salon chair today and left before she could finish my " do " because I didn't want her to have to pick me up off the floor! Should I have my thyroid tested again? My Free T3 was a little low on 10/31/08. Or would it do any good to have it tested? Don't you advise not to take any thyroid medication anyway? What can I do naturally to keep my heart beating and blood pressure at good levels? Thank you,
