So tender, I wouldn't allow my husband touch it nor could I put my hair up because of the weight. Last March, I did Perfect Weight America which cut out many things but not sugar completely. That symptom disappeared like many others but came back when I increased my sugar and crabs. Now that I'm on your diet, it's painful again because of retracing. Do you know if this condition has a name associated with it? > > Thank you so much. I'm simply amazed at what I'm learning. The pieces of the puzzle are finally coming together. +++Hi . No, sorry, I don't know what the name of that condition could be. You can bet it was caused by carbs/sugars, and yes your body will retrace it. Onward & upward eh? Guest guest
Hi , I think I get the same thing, but it's not on the very top of my head. I get it in different places. The skin is tender and sort of feels like I've had my hair in a pony-tail for too long - like when you first take it out. I'm also losing a lot of hair. I imagine it might be related to the cradle cap most candida sufferers have. > > > > > Hello Bee, > > > > For years, the top of my head would be tender. Please do not suggest that someone has food allergies who is on my program, since it isn't possible. Good unadulterated foods direct from nature do not cause diseases, allergies, etc. - see these articles for more information: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal14.php http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal11.php http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu4_1.php The best in health, Bee
Guest guest
I've noticed the tenderness your talking about on the top of my head too. I am quite certain it is becasue of the shampoo I am using. Most shampoo's strip away the acid mantil on our skin. I also unwittingly used a bar soap last week that was made with " Honey and Oatmeal " and holy cow man, it was a nighmare. I started using coconut oil as a lotion after and what relief. It also straightened out athletes foot I was experiencing pretty much emediately. I recomend coconut oil as lotion for everyone. I am in the process of finding a shampoo, but have not been able to find one with natural ingredients. I'm going to condition my hair with coconut oil for now. If anyone has any suggestions on a good shampoo I would appreciate any suggestions. I'm in the U.S. Vern
Guest guest
I also get tender spots on my head. The ponytail description is a very accurate one! I believe that my hair has gotten thinner there - though it's hard to tell, since I always had really thick hair, so people just laugh at me when I say I think I'm losing some... andra > > Hi , > I think I get the same thing, but it's not on the very top of my head. > I get it in different places.
