Guest guest
Bee, Is Alessi brand Sea Salt okay? It's the most natural looking sea salt at my closest grocery store. I've been using it in my electrolyte drink and have been meaning to ask you about it but keep forgetting to. It says it's from the Mediterranean. Is this the same or as good as the celtic sea salt you recommend? If not I will make the trip to Whole Foods for the better kind if you think it's better for me to. Thanks! ita

It should state it is an " ocean sea salt " and you should be able to get how many minerals it contains (call or write to the company that produces it). The good ocean sea salts I recommend contain over 84 different kinds of minerals, which is the key to good salt. Also, other than Himalayan Pink sea salt, the others that are good are grey in color and moist. Bee
