+++Hi. What is your name please? I understand how difficult it is

to have less food choices, but your taste buds will change in time.

Many members report their cravings changing to good foods. I never

crave sweets, and instead crave red meats and good fats.

Here's some articles to help you with your cravings:

If you must cheat here's some safer ones:

Hang in there. You can do this, and you can have life-long health if

you " bite the bullet " now.

The best to you, Bee

I find with all addictions it is just the first 3 days that are hard and most of

the part that is hard is all in my head from me telling myself, " Oh God this is

so hard " and the fact of the matter is it is not even half as hard as I like to

make it out to be.   I used to let myself smoke when I went out of state (now it

is out of USA) and then I went out of state 5 weekends in a row and had to quite

on 5 Mondays and guess what, I got addicted to withdrawal after that!

Hi Bee and group!

I just really have to vent and I'm writing this email to do so. I'm

so bored with the diet and I have to admit I've been cheating for the

past five days after doing it for about three weeks. Guys I'm so

frustrated bored and depressed. My cravings feel like they posses me.

Does it get better if you continue on the diet? Any advice?

+++Amy, what are you replying to? You need to leave some of the

person's message in with your reply so we understand the context. Also

leave their email address and/or name.
