Hi Bee and group.

I have one issue with Cod Liver Oil--liquid..I cant do it. Just thinking

about it makes me GAG. Any other recommendations for CLO in a pill and Im

scared I will burp that taste. Ive looked on a few sites(Vitamin Shoppe,

Puritan) and cant seem to find the recommend dosage.

Any recommendations from anyone would help big time.

+++Hi . Cod liver oil doesn't cause a fishy taste because they

are flavored; some are cinnamon, some are lemon, etc. You also take

cod liver oil with complete meals containing protein, other " good "

fats, etc.

+++Different brands contain different levels of the 3 nutrients you

need from cod liver oil, which are omega 3 (EPA & DHA), and vitamins

Hi Dalisia,

have you tried purchasing empty capsules filling them with the

recommended amount of cod liver oil, then maybe chasing with lemon

water? Try that or with maybe a peppermint tea.
