Is it okay to eat this kind of hard cheese that contains:

Calories : 370 kCal

Proteins : 28 g

fat : 29 g

carbohydrates: 0 g

the link was in french but this is the content of it.

it is only fat and protein...

That is bothering me... Because I like it very much and I don't see why

this would be a problem. or if it is, then butter should be as well..

.

+++Hi . The rule about lactose (sugar) in dairy products,

which feeds candida, is: The higher the butterfat content the lower

the lactose. That is why no dairy products are allowed on the diet,

including cheese.

right, I do understand that. But then if there is no carbohydrate in

the cheese (this is of course not the case with many cheeses but some

actually are carbohydrate-free), it also means that there is no

lactose, right? as a consequence, eating cheese having 0

carboohydrate should be ok, as it is the lactose the is the source of

problems. There are many cheeses without any carbohydrates at all.

maybe you do not have as many varieties of cheese as as I do... so

you don't see what type of product I'm talking about (?)

Sorry to incist...

OR Maybe this is not because there isn't any carbohydrate that there

is automatically no lactose? But Lactose is a type of carbohydrate

though, right?

is " real " cheese.

Well, to that answer, I have nothing to say. All I can tell you is

that it is written on it that the carb content is 0.

I'll forget about it then...
