What's happening when you feel and hear your stomach and intestines on the diet?

I've noticed more so then ever before, my stomach tumbling and

turning, making weird squeezing noises, etc - usually when my stomach

is empty - but it could occur any time. What is actually going on

inside that is causing all of this?

Are you just switching to a lowcarb/anti candida diet? Mine did that the

first month, and then it stopped.
