Guest guest Posted November 18, 2008 Report Share Posted November 18, 2008 I'm curious about how others time their use of coconut oil. It seems most take approximately 6 Tablespoons a day. Do you take two Tablespoons before each meal or spread them out further? (Say every 3 hours?) I know Bee doesn't recommend taking too close to bedtime. I was wondering, if you are taking for thyroid support, if the long period overnight, is too long to go without? I've just upped my 3 Tablespoons to 5 or 5.5, and feel decidedly better.
