Yes, you'll be able to eat foods not on this diet after you've cured your candida. But in order to ensure life-long health you need to consume " proper nutrients " which is the basis of this program, otherwise you will get sick and/or have candida return again. I didn't have this wonderful program; I only had Dr. Crook's diet. Because of my own experience with his program I found it wasn't good, and I suffered more than necessary. I had to find out by trial and error what foods were good and which were not.
