Lymph Node tender under left armpit

After doing a water then coffee enema last night my lymph node ( at

least i think that is what it is) felt sore almost immediatly. It's

been sore all day.

Just confirming that this is a sign of toxins collecting and waiting

to be flushed from the body.

Is that right?
