She has candida, although she doesn't know it. I will definitely include a jar of coconut oil, and probably the book " Coconut Oil for Health and Beauty " by Holzapfel. Can anyone think of any other good gift ideas, to throw in the basket? I will also make one for my mom and my best friend, both of whom also have candida. Thanks!
