+++Hi. What is your name? Are you taking calcium and magnesium

citrate which states the " elemental amounts " on the label?

Are you also changing over to this diet too fast, since that will

cause constipation - see " Curing Candida, How to Get Started " :

Hi Bee.

Yes I took calcium and magnesium citrate, which states the elemental amounts as

250mg

Calcium citrate and 250mg magnesium citrate, twice a day. I have transitioned to

the diet

slowly from a healthy traditional diet, and the constipation started as soon as

I started

taking this supplement, so I don't think it was caused by the diet. I have

stopped the

cal/mag and am no longer constipated. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I

try

taking it again, maybe just once a day instead of twice?

different brand??

to her a few years ago when she was instructed to take calcium.
