Guest guest
Hi Bee I am glad that I find your webset, and began to follow your instruction to clear yeast in my daughter and myself. I have vaginal yeast infection for many years. In 2006, I gave birth to my daughter. I have no enough to breastfeeding and she took the fomular and breastfeeding as the same time. After her nine month, she caught fever and was treated by antibiotic for many times. Since last October her health is not well. It is so easy for her to catch a cold, and not to recover for long time. This year she has also taken several times antibiotic for ear infection etc. In July we moved to a new apartment, which is humid and cold. Both of our conditions became serious. I am always headache, brain fogs, caught a cold, bad digestion. And in the middle of August, she caught a high fever, it is acompanied by diarea. In the early of September, we took some chinese medicine, but after she took one time, her eyes became swelling so I dare not give her more. Two days later she caught a high fever again. I have taken her to see doctors, and they said that it is virus infection. Since then, she seems not well and has no energy. In the end of September she took a blood test and has a little anemia. In the early of October, she caught a cold again.Ten days later, I began to give her multivitamin and she began to diarea again with low fever. Since then, she becomes so sensitive to the food, and always eye aches, eye swelling, eye red. She can ate a lot, but I dare not give her too much. When I give her two much food with more protein like yogurt, she will have diarea. Two weeks ago, I stop her fruit and began give her less grains products. She began constipation. Her stool is so large and hard, it is quite difficult for her to have Kaka. Five days ago, I read your articles and began to give her butter yesterday, but I am so careless and gave her two much at the first time (1 tablespoon). She is quite unwell since last night. In fact, before I read your articles I have ever gave her some garlic, which made her quite uncormfortable also. Now I donot know what I should do to help her. Could you give me more suggestions? Thanks a lot! Chunmei

Thanks a lot! +++The first thing to understand is that only " proper nutrients " (diet plus supplements), along with eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida, and eliminating toxins in general can heal/cure any health issues. Also since most " good " fats like butter, coconut oil, etc. are antifungal, antibacterial, antiviral, etc. they should be started at low doses and only gradually increased in order to minimize your daughter's healing/die-off reactions - see " Die-Off Symptoms " to understand more about this: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal2.php It is obvious your daughter has been experiencing a lot of such symptoms in reaction to the treatments you've tried, particularly in her eyes, and because she gets diarrhea. Diarrhea is a way for the body to get rid of toxins, so it isn't a bad thing. Garlic is also antifungal, antibacterial, antiviral, etc. so it too will cause healing/die-off reactions. My program starts with using unrefined coconut oil (CO) as an antifungal, since CO also provides so many other health benefits and it is a whole food. But again, you must start your daughter at low doses, probably 1/2 teaspoon 2-3 times a days with complete meals, and gradually increase it, the same as you do for butter. Since your daughter is young please see: Candida Treatments for Babies & Children: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/baby.php Also ensure you do not change her over to this diet too quickly, otherwise it will cause constipation - see " Curing Candida, How to Get Started " : http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php Also read " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " which explains why you do not consume yogurt and other dairy products other than butter: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_8.php After reading the articles, and adjusting your daughter's diet and supplements please get back to us with any questions. There are many Mothers on this group who will also help and support you and your daughter so you can get well too! Sorry, I don't remember people by their email address. You are doing the right thing by changing over her diet gradually. It is much too soon for her to have any improvements, and when you first start her on the diet some symptoms will intensify for awhile. Have you tried giving her Bee's Egg Drink? Most kids love it, and you can adjust the spices, add stevia, etc. making it very tasty. I wouldn't know how much food she requires. You would need to look up the amount of calories a child of her size requires, and then figure out her ratios accordingly - see these articles on calculating ratios of protein to fat to carbs: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_2_2.php The reason she seems so hungry is: 1) she is have cravings for foods which produces withdrawal symptoms, and 2) it takes time for her body to switch over from running on carbs to running on good fats as a source of energy. In the meantime she will be more tired, feeling run down, have more carvings, and also experience many die-off symptoms - all of which is perfectly normal during natural healing. See these articles on cravings and withdrawal symptoms: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu_2_5_3.php Every time she is hungry give her some vitamin C; kids usually like Bee's Electrolyte Drink (lemon & ocean sea salt), and you can add ascorbic acid crystals to it and also make it tastier with some stevia. She can have 500 mg at a time, several times per day. If she reaches bowel tolerance, she will get loose stools, in which case you cut back on the amount per day. I hope that helps, Bee
Guest guest
Hi Bee, I have new questions now. Now my daughter has already converted to the diet completely. But it seems that carb is some lower: 80% fats, 14% Protein and %6 Carb. How to deal with it? Besides, we both cannot sleep well. After I read the old message, I followed what you suggested: take the second dose Cal/Mag 1/2 hour before bed, a boiled egg. But I add Olive oil also. Maybe it is wrong? She cannot sleep well, and seems quite thisty. What should I do next? Thanks a lot Chunmei

She shouldn't be concerned about achieving the level of carbs as much as she should on eating enough fats and protein. > Besides, we both cannot sleep well. After I read the old message, I followed what you suggested: take the second dose Cal/Mag 1/2 hour before bed, a boiled egg. But I add Olive oil also. Maybe it is wrong? +++Olive oil will also interfere with sleep, so it shouldn't be consumed closer than 3 hours before bedtime. > She cannot sleep well, and seems quite thisty. What should I do next? +++Ensure she is having enough " good " ocean sea salt for the minerals in it (Electrolyte Drink or add enough to foods after they are cooked), and that she is helping her adrenals by doing dry skin brushing every day (or walking or rebounding on a trampoline), by doing coffee enemas, and that she is taking " all " of the supplements in the correct amounts. Also see this article on the adrenals: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat1.php +++To sleep better ensure the TV is off 1 hour before bedtime, and dim all of the lights. Ensure bedrooms have heavy block-out drapes so no light gets in, and do not have a night light on. Also take an Epsom salt bath 1/2 hr. before bedtime. The best to you and your daughter, Bee
