Electrolyte Drink (Depression???)

I have been taking the Electrolyte drink for over 2 yrs now and thought

it was a big help for depression. I was out of the lemons and sea salt

for a few days. It seemed that my drepession got better during this

time. I started taking the elctrolyete drink again (still depressed)

and ran out once again (depression is better again). This happened 3

more times so now I am wondering if the Electrolyte drink is making me

more depressed or is there something else going on that I need to

change.

I have posted this question a few weeks back but didn't get answer or

just missed it. Thanks for any help you can give me.

+++Hi Betty. If you feel you get depressed tajubg the Electrolyte

drink, don't have it. Put ocean sea salt in your foods instead.
