Guest guest Posted November 3, 2008 Report Share Posted November 3, 2008 Hi Bee and all I'm so sorry to ask this, but I can't find on the website the place where you calculate the total grams of protein vs fat that should be consumed per day (I know it's 60% fat and 20% protein, but want to calculate the total in grams.) Also, if I rub the Cod Liver Oil into my abdomen instead of ingesting it, should I still calculate the fat as part of the diet, since it will be absorbed by the bloodstream, or no? Thanks so much!
