Guest guest
I would advise you to stop allowing yourself to be indoctrinated into the ideology of hatred, which is very common on our college campuses. White people are no worse than any other people. ALL people have bad tendencies and good tendencies. When given a choice, all people would migrate towards eating sugar and other bad foods because they are designed to be attractive to the palet, and they are " easy. " ALL people will choose " easy " if given the choice... it's a flaw in our nature. Some will learn " easy " is not always best, though. I remember being spoonfed the same guilt-trip when I was a freshman (excuse me, I guess it is called " freshperson " in these days) in college. Indoctrination leads to socialism which leads to totalitarianism. THAT is every bit as dangerous as bad foods, if not more so. One kills you slowly... and the other kills you quickly. Professors take advantage of young minds. Was it the " white man " who just stormed Mumbia and killed 300+ people out of pure hatred, or was it some other " quite radical " group? I do agree about western-influenced food products. While they are killing millions via disease and cancer, I believe the motive is pure greed and profit... not the intent to commit murder. However, I also believe in personal responsibility. People should take care of their OWN health, and not rely on government or anyone else to take care of it for them. The information is out there... people are slowly figuring out what foods people were designed by God to eat, and are adjusting their diets accordingly. Unfortunately, there will always be dumb people who will follow the rest of the herd over the cliff without questioning why. That goes for food AND education/indoctrination, unfortunately. Guest guest
It is very true that most people's diets are a mess. A method to determine the natural diet of humans was presented once but to my knowledge no one has actually DONE it. But I'm sure 95% carbohydrates is an incorrect diet. What's funny is that after doing Bee's diet I have absolutely no taste for sweets or for dairy products except for maybe butter and a little cheese now and then. Just have to be able to make it through the holidays with relatives! :-) Zack On Sun, 30 Nov 2008, Doug wrote: > I would advise you to stop allowing yourself to be indoctrinated into > the ideology of hatred, which is very common on our college campuses. > White people are no worse than any other people. This has been my experience as well. I went from eating a ton of cheese (used to be my favorite food - no meal was complete without it) and craving " sugar free " chocolate, to being very satisfied without them. I do love butter and use lots of it. I was so surprised about the cheese. When I do have it occasionally, it's like I could take it or leave it. The high fats really eliminated my compulsive eating as well. Thanks for sharing Zack; I hadn't really " known " where I was at with cheese until you stated it so clearly.
