+++Hi Sigrid. I do not rely on any recommendations by WHO or Health

Canada since both organizations are corrupt, and based on current

medical dogma. Instead I rely on such sources as the Weston A. Price

Foundation, which is a non-profit organization based on Dr. Weston A.

Price's extensive research, found mostly in his book " Nutrition and

Physical Degeneration. " Note: cod liver oil contains omega 3 fatty

acid (EPA & DHA), and vitamins A and D.

Here's a few articles that address nutrients in Cod Liver Oil & other

recommendations for infants:

Vitamin D in the Infant: Requirements for Safety:

Vitamin A for Fetal Development:

Feeding Babies

However both cod liver oil and unrefined coconut oil are whole foods,

like butter, which provides many important nutrients for anyone,

including babies.

> 2. I'm really excited about getting started, but I'm worried about

the die off effect on my baby who I'm nursing. I think I have had

Candida for a very long time and I've heard that the toxins can be

expressed through my breastmilk, and I do not want to harm my child.

Could you address this too?

+++You harm your baby much more by not treating your candida, and

your current breastmilk contains many more toxins than it will if you

go on the program. More than likely your baby has candida too, which

is acquired upon conception.

+++You are so welcome.
