Guest guest
Hi Bee and everyone! I was wondering if there was anything you could recommend for coming off birth control pills? I have been taking them for about 10 years+ and have recently stopped them but I don't get my period without them. What about natural estrogen? Thanks! No, even natural estrogen causes problems and imbalances throughout the body. That's why I don't recommend tampering with the body's hormones. It is better to allow the body to balance itself naturally, even hormone-wise, by giving it " proper nutrients. " My friend, 71 years old, took bio-identical estrogen and it caused her to bleed, and she had a polyp in her uterus and a cyst on her ovary. I recommend you simply follow the diet and take all of the supplements, which all work together so your body can normalize itself. Don't be concerned if you don't get a period for some time. It takes time for the body to adjust itself.
