9 day program question for Bee or Anyone

Hi I " m pretty new to the group and was wanting to do the 9 day

program. However because of work & travel, at this point and time I

don't think I would be able to do 9 days, probably only 3. Is 3 still

going to be beneficial or should I wait for a time period (probably 2

months or so) before I can do the full 9 days?

+++Hi . Yes, you can do any number of days you wish. It will

still help you.
