Clove Oil question for Bee

Hi Bee... I guess it is around 10 months on the diet now and as you

may recall I have not been taking any supplements at all for a couple

of months or more and doing a lot better for that.

My coconut oil and fats have been up there for months too and have no

issues/reactions when I'm sure I have up to 10 tablespoons of VCO in

a day (if I do three stir-fries that day for instance). The ol' gut

is just as random and sensitive as ever so no changes there really.

So after the last " attack " 10 days ago I decided maybe it was time to

add some proactive steps finally. Started with mixing drops of clove

oil in my meals and went off memory (I thought!) and put three drops

on each meal TID - three times a day.

No reactions of any kind so I upped it to 6 drops three times a day

as I had thought I was aiming for 9 drops ultimately... Now I see

that is a total of nine drops in the day if using three drops TID.

Ooooops...

Is that a problem? Is 6 drops TID too much if nothing negative

happening? Not sure what Clove Oil's long term impact is, though it

may be helping to calm my gut a bit like the antibiotics used to in

the " bad old days " .

Does mixing the Clove Oil with food at a meal dilute the effect or

does it still do the job?

Hope you are well... Best, M.

+++Hi M. Yes, clove oil with food will still do the job,

however there is no point in taking that much, since your body just

becomes overwhelmed so it will stop the healing process. Like us it

becomes overwhelmed when too much is coming at it, and also like us

it just shuts down in order to stop being overwhelmed.

Too much of a good thing isn't good; in other words " more is not

better. "

The healing process cannot be speeded up, and the body cannot be

pushed to heal. Your body will take the time it needs irregardless

of the numbers or types of treatments. The only thing that actually

heals/cures is " proper nutrients " and eliminating toxins and damaging

foods.

> Hope you are well...

+++Yes, I am very well. Thanks for that!

The best always, Bee
