+++Hi Mike. I am not familiar with inversion therapy. I believe

chiropractic adjustments are very helpful to a lot of people.

One of the first times my family started going to chiropractors was

when my sister had a mastoid in her ear (over 62 years ago). The

doctor insisted he had to operate. However my Grandmother said " no,

take her to the chiropractor. " The chiropractic treatments healed her

mastoid and she didn't have to have surgery.

If you eat before going to bed, your body has to expend a lot of energy

to digest the foods, which interferes with sleep.
