I am not familiar with inversion therapy. I believe chiropractic adjustments are very helpful to a lot of people. One of the first times my family started going to chiropractors was when my sister had a mastoid in her ear (over 62 years ago). The doctor insisted he had to operate. However my Grandmother said " no, take her to the chiropractor. " The chiropractic treatments healed her mastoid and she didn't have to have surgery.
