If you've had pain/symptoms in that area of your bowels before, during natural healing such symptoms will intensify at first - this articles explains it: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal2.php No, I do not believe your colon is too inflamed. You colon will naturally heal itself as you continue on this program and the enemas are helping by clearing out toxins. But anything which is off the diet will cause colon problems too, i.e. grains, sugars, etc. Bee
Guest guest
My wife had the same pain you are talking about, and she's on day 7 of the 9-day program. She kept doing it, through the pain, and started feeling a lot better yesterday. She's expelling lots of mucous out of almost every orafice. Kind of gross, I know, but that's part of this program isn't it??? The more toxins we get out of our bodies, the better. I believe she's getting rid of so much because she rarely cheats on this diet. Guest guest
I did an enema last night (before I got Bee's message to hold off until we talked), but had none of the pain from the day before! I released a lot of gas this time, and felt better, not worse afterward. It is hard (but wonderful) to believe that the experience could be so different after just one day! I'm keeping on, thanks for your help and encouragement.
