The high sugar content of carrots will still feed candida since it goes into the broth. Yes onions, celery and parsley are okay. Bee

Hi , My name is and I'm also doing the 9-day program. In fact tomorrow is my day 9! Yay! I stayed on a puree food all the way so on Monday I'll begin adding some solid foods back. I can't wait to get out on the other side and finally have my late Thanks Giving meal! I also do chicken broth and I can promise you, you won't feel that you'll need any other vegetables in it, these slow coocking broths become totally amazing on their own. It's the best soup I've ever made in my life. Check for Bee's recipe here on her website: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/recipe21.php Later on as I drink the broth, I add garlic and curry to it. Good luck!
