Guest guest Posted November 25, 2008 Report Share Posted November 25, 2008 Hi Bee, Recently I have had no appetite and I'm not sure what I should do about it. Do I just not eat or should I force myself to eat even though I'm not hungry? Lately I've been forcing myself to eat a little so that I can take my supplements (otherwise I get stomach pain) and I'm fairly sure that I am not getting enough fat in my diet. Sometimes, it's not so much that I don't want to eat, but that I can't eat. I feel like my throat tightens and I can't swallow. In addition, I'm nauseated so the combination (remembering that I'm not a fan of meat to begin with) has just left me feeling like I can't eat. I've been doing searches of old posts and most of your recommendations have been to take the egg drink. I tried that, but it gives me such excruciating stomach pain which I don't allow me to function as I need to for school and besides, I can't swallow more than two or three mouthfuls before my throat refuses and nothing more can go down.
