+++Hi Vida. Yes, eventually this program helps most people lose

weight, unless one has emotional/mental issues related to weight.

+++ " Good " fats I recommend do not put on body fat. The body

also " throws off " any of these fats that are consumed in excess of

what the body requires.

+++In fact my Aunt, who is 76 years old, decided to eat lots more

butter after I told her that good fats don't put on weight, and she

went down 2 dress sizes within a couple of months. She didn't change

anything else in her diet.

+++If you are overweight you should cut your carbs to protein grams

times .5 instead of protein grams times .8. It's carbs, bad oils &

fats, and toxins that put on body fat. The body creates fat in order

to store toxins away from vital inner organs so they are protected.

+++Therefore, you should increase the amount of fats to the higher

ratio, which also helps the body detoxify, along with lowering your

carbs. Ensure you are taking Niacin (B3) which helps get rid of

toxins through the skin, and do other things that help your body
