Dry skin comes from within and two things are very important to alleviate it, both of which take time: 1) good fats along with oil soluble vitamins A, D & E, and Omega 3, and 2) minerals found in ocean sea salt and good mineralized water. However, no nutrients work in isolation of many others, so that means the complete diet plus all supplements. +++Apply unrefined coconut oil to your skin as well, and do not use any other skin products on your face. Also only cleanse your face with coconut oil, and do not use water and soap. +++Also ensure you are taking Niacin (B3) along with vitamin B complex since Niacin helps the body get rid of toxins through the skin; toxins dry out the skin. Not everyone gets a rash, and that's okay too. Bee
