finding coconut oil in europe?

i'm in the uk and i'm having trouble finding an excellent coconut oil.

i can bring it in from canada if necessary, but that could get expensive.

any recommendations?

i am so pleased to say that after 3 weeks easing into the program, welts

on my tongue have finally healed, and my 3 year old can snuggle on my tummy

without causing me pain! my cycle is also cleared up, very little discomfort and

no spotting. thank you!
