Guest guest
Hi everyone, Just a little update from me; I went to my gynecologist last week and my blood pressure was normal, I have gained 8 pounds since I started this treatment and my endometriomsa (tumor like cysts that require surgery) are stable! They didn't grow and that's very important. So long as they are under 3 cm in diameter I won't have to have surgery to remove them. What a relief! Gaining weight is also a big deal to me since my GP wanted me to do a colonoscopy right before I started this diet 16 months ago. He said if I lost any more weight I'd have to do the exploratory procedure to try to find out why my digestion was such a mess. I had struggled for years to try to keep my weight as high as 120 and often failed. To have gone from 119 (last time I stood on a scale 16 months ago) to 127 is such a major relief and success for me. I'm still struggling with my health but I'm so happy to see some real amazing improvements! Also, fingers crossed my pap smear comes back ok. I had cell changes and surgery for it about two years ago but I'm hoping I will have starved out not only candida but also any pre-cancerous cells. I'll know in a week and I'll let you all know then!
