Hi Bee

I've been pretty strict eating for 2 weeks now - mostly consuming

beef bone broth, venison, brocolli, cauliflower, eggs, pork, cabbage -

and I'm slowly adding the supplements - right now I'm upping my

calcium, magnesium, vit c, e, and B. Tomorrow I'm adding cod liver

oil. I am reluctant due to taste, but I will get over it. So I

haven't had the electrolyte drink b/c I was putting alot of sea salt

on my veggies and meat. But since I'm eating so much broth, I've cut

back alot on the salt.

My die-off symptoms are really achy muscles - esp wrists, arms and

neck. My arms and wrists have been really bad for about 3 months now

to the point that I couldn't type or care for our daughter who was a

wiggly 9 month old. Headaches behind the eyes are persistent.

Digestion is okay. Super sensitive to the tv, radio, computer

screen, phones, fluorescent lights. Very tired. Very irritable.

I've had postpartum depression on and off since the baby. Feeling of

being very disconnected from the world.

I'm just wondering what would be some good treatments to do. You had

mentioned the vitamin C flush before. I just wanted to let you know

everything that was going on. I'm thinking this coffee enema sounds

good.

I'm going to the spa tomorrow and getting a eucalyptus body wrap - do

you think this is a good idea? They also have a eucalyptus steam

room and lots of hot tubs.

Thanks

kim

ps. have you ever watched " The Spa of Embarassing Illnesses? " - lots

of candida treatment on it - I don't know their methods but I enjoy

this show. They do alot of parasite cleanses.
