Guest guest
I was planning on getting pregnant in a month or so and wondering what I can do before then to make sure I am in as perfect health as I can be. I have been taking Candex for 2.5 months, digestive enzymes for 2.5 years, CLO for 3 years (recently changed to Green Pastures), B-vitamins for 2 years, Isocort for 1.5 years, just stopped T3 2 months ago, Magnesium at night for 2 years, Probiotics for 2.5 years, Natural Vitamin C almost everyday, and sometimes I take Zinc, Iodine, Greens Powder, Post Natal Vitamin and some others. My main health issues are adrenal fatigue(hormone issues), yeast/leaky gut, possible ulcer, and some other issues. What do you recommend I do from here. My daughter is almost 3 and I don't want them spaced too much but also want to be in great health. Please help!
Guest guest
Hi there, I'd recommend reading through Bee's website where she explains the entire program. www.healingnaturallybybee.com. I also want to get pregnant now but am willing to do Bee's program until all of my symptoms are healed. I don't know if we ever are in " perfect " health but we can be healthy, strong, and free of dis-ease. Hope you find what you're looking for! There's a great group of people doing this so you aren't alone . Like one of the members recommended, you need to read the article which is the basis of my candida program, i.e. How to Successfully Overcome Candida, and Curing Candida, How to Get Started, both are in the Candida/Yeast section on my website: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/candida/index.php I don't believe you'll cure candida within a month, since natural healing takes 1 month for every year you've been unhealthy, which for most people nowadays is since before they were born. Candida isn't cured by killing it off. It is only cured by building up the immune system with " proper nutrients " and by eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida. You might also want to read how babies acquire candida from one or both parents upon conception, which is in this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/baby.php So please read and then get back to us with questions and for support. Guest guest
Hello, My name is . I read through the articles, even printed them out for future reference. I plan on starting the diet after the holidays. I have been eating pretty good for 1.5 years now, on Candex for 3 months, enzymes for 1.5 years, very sugar restricted and no wheat, little grains. But whenever I eat any sugar or dairy my ears instantly itch, my nipples itch and TMI WARNING I get lots of discharge within the next 15-30 minutes. Could this be from just the yeast or is there something else to worry about. Also, I'm going to have a bunch of tests done before my new deductible hits and was hoping you might have some recommendations for what I should get tested. Thanks, > > > > I was planning on getting pregnant in a month or so and wondering > what > > I can do before then to make sure I am in as perfect health as I > can be. > > I have been taking Candex for 2.5 months, digestive enzymes for 2.5 > > years, CLO for 3 years (recently changed to Green Pastures), B- > vitamins > > for 2 years, Isocort for 1.5 years, just stopped T3 2 months ago, > > Magnesium at night for 2 years, Probiotics for 2.5 years, Natural > > Vitamin C almost everyday, and sometimes I take Zinc, Iodine, > Greens > > Powder, Post Natal Vitamin and some others. > > My main health issues are adrenal fatigue(hormone issues), > yeast/leaky > > gut, possible ulcer, and some other issues. > > What do you recommend I do from here.
