Hi ,

There are two ways to do it. One is to put the cursor at the start of the

text you want to highlight, then hold down the " shift " key while using the

up, down and sideways keys or the " page up " and " page down " if you want to

go fast. The highlighted text should show up differently on your screen -

usually with a darker area around it.

The other way is to put the cursor at the beginning of the text you want

to highlight, then hold down the left mouse button while moving the mouse

around. This takes a little more dexterity than the button method but it's

pretty easy to get the hang of.

Experiment with it for a while.
