What can I do exactly? > > . > *** Hi : When you are asked to trim your messages, you are being asked to delete the unnecessary part of the previous message that you are replying to. When you hit " reply " ALL of the text of the previous message is included unless you delete it. Unless you " trim " , your reply will include both your reply and all of the text of the previous message. If you trim the message, you are making the length of your response shorter by getting rid of the parts of the previous message you don't need for your response to be clear. This saves space and helps everyone read all the messages more easily. Do you know how to highlight portions of messages and delete them? It's that simle. I thought at first that it meant that my question had already been asked but then I didn't understand why it was " my " messages and not trim others' messages. Now it's clear... thank you. > " Do you know how to highlight portions of messages and delete them? " ==> No idea how I can highlight them... . You'll see the text turn blue when it is highlighted. Then you can hit your delete key to remove the highlighted text. Bee

Sorry, there was a misunderstanding.. I do it all the time lol. I thought you meant putting some part of the text in yellow so that it sticks out... Thank you for the explanation anyway, .
