This is from my article " Adrenal Malfunction & How to Improve It " : " Adrenal malfunction is a fat deficiency. So the first step is simple and logical: eat more fat, especially cholesterol–rich fats contained in animal meats, eggs, fish, especially butter, which also contain all of fat soluble vitamins A, D and E. The adrenals cannot make adrenal hormones out of cholesterol without vitamin A. " If you are on my program it is impossible for you to be hypoglycemic. But often people mistake die-off/detoxifying symptoms as being hypoglycemic symptoms, which they aren't. The best things to have when you feel like that are proteins and good fats. Candida toxins (and other toxins as well) cause all of the cell membranes to become rigid/stiff, which will cause many organ malfunctions throughout the body. Also rigid cells are less able to take in nutrients, hormones and even water. So it is most important to cure candida, which is the " cause, " rather than treating the result, which includes adrenal malfunctioning. In other words, the adrenals themselves are not the cause, so they should not be treated directly other than to give them support until candida is cured. My program provides such support which includes: 1) 1 1/2 teaspoons ocean sea salt per day 2) dry skin brushing or other mild exercises to help the lymphatic system flow 3) coffee enemas to help decongest the adrenals and the rest of the lymphatic system (and the liver too) 4) diet plus supplements which all work together to help normalize all organ functioning > > I know that the adrenals are all tied in together with having a > healthy baby so now I have the added worry that this might not be a > good idea now. +++It isn't only the adrenals involved in having a healthy baby. Overall both you and your husband should have normal immune system functioning and be totally healthy before conceiving. Offspring inherit both parents " nutritional status " upon conception. If that status isn't good, the baby's health will suffer. Bee
Guest guest
Thanks Bee, I'll up my fat intake again! I already do dry skin brushing and of course still drink the electrolyte drink. > > > > > +++It isn't only the adrenals involved in having a healthy baby. > Overall both you and your husband should have normal immune system > functioning and be totally healthy before conceiving.
