+++Hi . You also need butter, since it contains many beneficial

nutrients that aren't in coconut oil. Also coconut oil and butter work

together - see this article on butter:

Ok. I will keep on buying it. It's just because I have to bike for

25min to get to the only shop I found selling raw butter and it costs

4euros for 250gr! As I eat 250 grammes of it a day (often even a bit

more), it costs me a pond. But then, I get good quality butter,I

guess...

I've read on many raw paleo diet that butter and dairy products made

them sick. Is it because they took healing symptoms to be allergies

or can you actually be allergic to it? I know you say that you can't

be allergic to whole natural foods such as butter but then why do

these people claim it?

+++Would that be about $5.00 US, and 1/2 pound? Here in Canada I

can't buy raw butter, and I have to pay $4.75 for 1/2 lb. to even get

organic pasteurized butter. So I understand what you mean about the

cost! You would do fine if you had 1/4 lb. or less per day.

+++Our bodies are designed to utilize good " God given " foods in order

to be healthy, but of course pasteurized dairy isn't " God given. " IF

butter and dairy products produced allergies people like the Masai

warriors couldn't be healthy, since they consume an equivalent of 1

1/2 lbs. of butter per day.

However, some people cannot digest lactose and proteins such as

casein in dairy products. Those who have that problem should consume

the highest butterfat content in all dairy products they consume, or

stick to just butter. The rules about dairy are: " The higher the

butterfat content the lower the lactose, and also butterfat helps

digest lactose. "

Of course no nutrients work alone, so it may also depend upon whether

the raw paleo people are consuming all of the nutrients the body

requires and if their immune systems are operating normally.

Thank you. Well i'll pay up and keep on eating half a pound a day

because I like it ;). Anyway, As I don't drink nor go out much, I use

the money I would spend on parties, in food instead.

Thanks for all the info and support you provide us Bee, it really

helps!
