When I was on my candida program I could only be up for 2 hours at a time. The rest of the time I had to be in bed. I finally got through that phase in about 5 months. See this article on fatigue: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat10.php > > I also noticed that I get more cramps now than before! I tried > everything, increasing my consumption of sea salt, reducing my > calcium intake and increasing my magnesium intake. But nothing seems to work. I get cramps all over my body. one hour ago, I got what seemed to be a cramp in my throat! I thought I was dying of some kind of a stroke lol. Are cramps caused by die-off reactions? +++That depends upon what you mean by " cramps. " A cramp is a muscle spasm where a particular muscle tightens up like a vice. Also remember that toxins cause all kinds of muscle pains and symptoms, and they move around all over your body. Toxins cause muscles to tighten up too, but that isn't the same as a muscle cramp. Toxin also are the cause of arthritis, rheumatism, fibromyalgia, and other related symptoms - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/arth1.php +++If you gets vice-like cramps in your feet or legs, that is when you need to adjust cal/mag doses. Guest guest
Thanks Bee, It reassures me. Because my girldfriend keep on saying that if I'm tired it's probably because of my strange diet. I have a hard time telling her that I'm on the right track because there's no one I can introduce to her who could say " I went through it, your boyfriend is right, he simply has to be patient. " What she sees is that I'm getting worse and worse and that I'm tired and complaining everyday (lol, I can't help it, I tried not to complain but when you are tired, have an upset stomach and brain fog, you can hardly smile and say " let's have fun " ) . > > > > Hi everyone, > > > > I've been on the diet since sept 15 now... nearly three months!! > > > > I noticed that I'm extremely tired!
