You shouldn't be concerned about salmonella in eggs - see Dr. Mercola's article about it, which is linked in Bee's Egg Drink Recipe: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/recipe167.php I understand that all almonds are now being irradiated (zapped with radiation) in North America, so they are not a good food to have. Also almonds must be soaked and dried properly before they are fit for human consumption - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods18.php If you are using store bought almond milk it contains " bad " fats and oils, as described in my main candida article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida, " which are very damaging to the body. See other milk substitutes that are safer - see these: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/menu3_1.php Peace to you too, Bee

If it is present, it will be on the outside shell. So just wash your eggs beforehand if you are concerned. Marissa
Guest guest
I've been on this diet for one year as of next week. Over that time, I've had well over one THOUSAND raw eggs, from my pasture-raised chicken farmer. Never once did I get salmonella. Today, I ate 6 raw eggs... 3 of which sat in my thermos for 6 hours before I drank them. No worries here... Doug > > Please advise on the risks.
