Hi, Bee & Company,

I'm new to this site and want to thank everyone for all of their input

-- especially Bee, of course.

I have a concern about salmonella and drinking raw eggs / using raw

eggs in recipes. I assume we're talking about using the kind of eggs

you buy at the store (I use free range brown eggs, usually from Whole

Foods) and just using them straight out of their shells? Can't you

get salmonella that way? I have to be extra cautious as I am broke,

looking for a full-time job and have zero health insurance.

Please advise on the risks. In the meantime, my other option is to

keep drinking the unsweetened almond milk in my fridge.

Peace,
