+++Hi Ed. LOL! Yes, you do understand now what women mean when they

have hot flashes. You can cut your Niacin in half and take 50 mg

twice a day to lessen your flush.

+++Diarrhea is one of the ways the body gets rid of toxins, so it's

not a bad thing. Also if you've had it in the past your body

+++Evidently someone has written to Arm & Hammer and they don't use

aluminum in their product, so it is okay. I don't know about other

brands.
