+++Hi ita. You can calculate about 13-14 grams of fat for every

tablespoon. Of course there's fats in eggs and meats too, and you

should also add your cod liver oil.

+++I don't believe you are getting enough fats, so you should

calculate your foods on www.fitday.com. It's easy, just enter all of

the foods you ate yesterday and see how the ratios turn out, so you

know where to adjust your intake.

+++Too much fat? No, you can't get too much good fats, whether you

are thin or overweight. Your body automatically throws off whatever

you don't require and if you don't have body fat to burn off the fats

won't affect your weight.

+++Those tests are very inaccurate, so don't depend upon them. Go by

your symptoms and how you feel.
