Folders & Files List " file, is supposed to be in the " A) Candida

Diet, Foods & Shopping Lists " folder. However, there isn't a folder

named exactly this and none of the folders that are similarly named

have this file. Nor have I been able to find it elsewhere.

+++Hi . Please do not refer to the Files on this Group for

any articles. Since setting up my website January 1, 2008 I haven't

kept the files up-to-date. Instead use the Search Function on my

website to find any articles, or click on the Site Map (left menu)

and use your Browsers Edit, Find on this Page function to find

articles - here's the Site Map:

this is the start of detox or because I've been decreasing one of my

medications. I've been decreasing it for a few weeks now, though,

and this is the first time I've felt like this. Otherwise I've felt

stable and good.

+++Yes, detoxifying will make you feel more irritable and anxious.

Also during natural healing you will " retrace " previous episodes with

anxiety and depression, according to Hering's Law of Cures:

eating more protein and fats. I'm also eating veggies that are on

the OK list with lots of butter. I have been eating about 3 or 4

strawberries each evening in a high-fat shake to help with the sugar

cravings while I work on cutting it out of my diet completely. I'm

taking a magnesium supplement as wall as fish oil, vitamin D and B.

+++Please ensure you do not take magnesium without also taking

calcium - taking one without the other creates imbalances and you can

get muscle cramps and tics. See my supplements list for more

details: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/supp1.php

+++Here's the Handy Supplements Chart:

+++Since Fish Oil only contains Omega 3 (EPA & DHA), you would only

take it in Summer Months when you can get enough vitamin D from

proper sun exposure. Then you need to take vitamin A as well as fish

oil. In the Winter you need to take cod liver oil which contains

vitamins A, D and Omega 3 - see this article:

> Could the irritability and anxiety be part of detoxing?

+++Yes, but you need to take the proper supplements, since calcium,

and also vitamin A are important to round out all of the nutrients

properly, and a lack of some of them will make you more depressed, so

please re-check what you are taking.

The best to you, Bee

Thanks, Bee!

I'm taking Natural Calm which I now realize is magnesium only. Perhaps that

explains the tic I've had in my left eyelid for a couple of weeks now! LOL.

I'll fix that...

I was taking CLO for a while but ran out. I'll get some more and start taking

it again.

And thanks for the info about your web site versus the files section!

Hi ,

In my experience irritability has been a MAJOR part of my detox journey. It has

been to a

level of suffering from daily feelings of strong rage. I have been able to

control myself so far

but it has taken a LOT of my focus to get through it. I strongly believe that

when we detox

the body gets very overwhelmed and the hormones begin to swing wildly in an

effort to find

blance. I hope I will reach that balance soon. I'm on month 16 now and I hope

by Christmas

(my halfway mark) this will become better. But it seems pretty common, you're

not alone. I

try to meditate, lie down and be kind to myself when this rage happens. I think

it has to do

with insulin a lot.
