Guest guest
So all this hype in group and with Links about how bad Statin Drugs are and I have been passing in on to people I know who are on them and then low and behold I am reading a link that some sent me to Doctor Mercola and he even says that Lynn (one of my friends who has colestrail of 375 and blood pressure of 190/120 without taking her BP med. Here is a quote, word for word from Mercola's site on Statin drugs: " There are a small group of people with genetic enzyme defects that have cholesterols levels above 325-350. These are about the only individuals in my experience, who seem to benefit from statins " Glad I read this before I talked her out of it. So my question to the group, if study of 18,000 people showed that they enabled 54% people to have less heart attacks and 20% less to die, does anyone in this group know of anyone who has died because of taking them? I mostly only read of muscle damage that seems to be a small price to pay for staying alive???
