+++Hi . When you have candida or are unhealthy your body

requires a great deal of energy in order to heal properly. If you

exercise too much it depletes energy for healing. When you are

healthy you can exercise as much as you wish.

That's why I recommend exercises that are mild, i.e. dry skin

brushing or rebounding on a mini-trampoline or walking. Exercise is

never as important as " proper nutrients. "
