Marina Day 6 -- Lots of mucous

Marina has no stomach pain today. She told me that when she does her

enemas, she's getting rid of lots of mucous. I told her mucous wraps

around toxic stuff to protect her body, and it's good she's getting rid

of a lot of it.

Also, it's very strange. Sometimes she suddenly gets a die-off mucous

reaction in her sinuses as well. Usually, after a mucousy enema,

she'll get really stopped up in her sinuses, and then it clears in an

hour or so. Is this common, I guess?

She really likes eating pureed stuff. Would that be a bad thing if she

continues eating lots of pureed stuff, even after the 9-day program??

Should she do a coffee enema at the end of the 9 days??? To refresh

you, Marina was on antibiotics for a couple of years in Russia, plus

she was exposed to a lot of heavy metals in the food supply over

there. (Contaminated fish from rivers, etc...)

+++Yes, that is very common.

+++It is quite okay to continue having soup, broth, Egg Drink and

pureed foods for as long as she wishes; she shouldn't continue the

enemas after 9 days. Enemas are done every 4-5 days after that to

allow the large colon to normalize in between enemas.

+++She should wait 5 days after the 9 days, and then do a coffee

enema.

+++If she sticks with this program all of the heavy metals and toxins

from antibiotics will be eliminated, and their affects will be
