Guest guest
Hi Bee and everyone, Through the holidays, and dealing with the shopping, work, health, and adult children who occasionally like to keep me on my toes and enjoy sparking up a fight I feel as though the emotional wear and tear is about to kill me. Through the stress in the last couple of days I have given in to eating peanut butter crackers. Feeling a whole lot more healthy prior to this little binge I am just wondering if it is from the poor choice of food I had eaten or from the emotional wear and tear of everything or is it both? For all of us that suffer from candidias, how is it made worse if one is bombarded by all of these things? I appreciate you Bee and your answers. Please write back, Thanks, Rhonda

It is a combination of poor food choices and stress. Poor food choices puts more stress on your body, which make candida grow more, and emotional wear and tear depresses the immune system. When you are stressed your body is running on its sympathetic nervous system, producing more adrenaline and speeds up some processes in your body, and at the same time it decreases digestion and other processes. In order to switch your body over to its parasympathetic nervous system do deep breathing exercises: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu1_4_1.php Also take time for yourself to relax, i.e. Epsom Salt Baths. Your family isn't going to benefit if you push yourself too hard. The best, Bee
