I too had much problems with getting in 6 tbl of EVCO in the first

months. I now have found my own way of dealing with this. Because my

husband doesn't like the taste of the coconut oil I can't use it at

dinner. But I make some kind of dessert and eat it right before or

after dinner, so there are still 4 hrs or more left between meals (I'

don't use it as a snack inbetween).

Besides Bee's Egg drink in the morning I make another extra one twice a

week with 2 eggs, 3 tbl butter, 3 tbl CO and lots of cardamompowder, a

little bit of stevia and only 1 cup of hot water. I pour in one little

bag of organic gelatin powder (you would have to sort out how much you

can use from the organic gelatin in your country, as they sell other

brands etc. in my country ;) ) and then I pour it into three cups,

cover it and put it in the fridge. Sometimes I eat such a 'pudding'

(don't know if this is the right word for it in the US) late in the

afternoon, or right after dinner. It makes a nice dessert and doesn't

have the coconut taste. And the best effect is: it always gives me a

satisfied feeling... So one portion is another tbl of CO.

I also make some kind of coconut treat: melt 6 tbl of coconut oil and

mix it with lots of cinnamon or cardamompowder (and sometimes I even

use one spoon of organic non-sweetened cocoapowder, I know this is not

allowed but I'm doing good on it) and a bit of stevia and I pour this

in some sort of little icecups and then in the freezer (you have to

figure out how many ice cups is good for how many tbs of coconut oil).

Or I make one thin layer on a piece of aluminium foil. You can break it

into pieces easily. Its frozen very quickly, you eat it right out of

the freezer, the taste of the coconut oil is different when its frozen

and maybe easier for you.

Good luck in finding your own way to get this in ;)

+++Hi Genevieve. Yes, that is okay to spread out the coconut oil

throughout the day, since you shouldn't be taking it all at once anyway.

Love, Bee
